What are you doing now (life, work, grad school) and how did your time at Tyler help you prepare?

I am currently in the Exhibition Design program at George Washington University. My instructors at Tyler prepped me for the mental fortitude and self-motivation necessary to be successful in a graduate program.

What is your most rewarding memory of your time in the Visual Studies program?

I don’t have a specific memory. A lot of my time at Temple seems like a fever dream — the good kind. I do remember feeling safe with my peers and instructors. Looking back I was lucky to spend half of my time within the walls of Tyler and the other half exploring. The interdisciplinary structure is special. It gave me space to learn about myself.
