Cocooning memories, possessions, and practical rituals of everyday life, I create weathered narratives that challenge the association of home as shelter. Influenced by hereditary memory loss, I build packed compositions that echo the nostalgia of a keepsake while poking fun at the happenstance of objecthood. Precious rendering of repeated patterns and trinkets is challenged by uncanny arrangement of collected memories that construct and tear down intimate associations. Ordinary objects collected from habit engorge space and create both picturesque and dissociative tension.
