Miray Eroglu is a PhD Candidate in Art History at the Tyler School of Art and Architecture, Temple University. Her research concentrates on Ottoman art and architecture and the Islamic world broadly, with research interests spanning the 18th to 20th centuries, exploring urbanity, sites of sociability, performance, affect, gender, and sexuality, with a focus on the romantic and erotic.
