Mark Citerone
My current work mines the tension between internal states of anxiety and external states of social disorder. Swinging in oscillation, I synthesize paintings, drawings, collage, ceramics and sound into a harmony of simmering heat and the chemical wash of contemporary society.
Untitled, Pigment, engraved paper, 12 × 9 in.
