T. MacPháidín
Incense Burner, 5" x 3" x 3" , copper, enamel, silver
T. MacPháidín is fascinated by the connection between tools, their users, and the thrill of discovery through practice. From ancient instruments to everyday tools, usable objects embody those who wield them. T. MacPháidín crafts objects and jewelry that prompt contemplation of the practitioner's vital role in ritual. These pieces bridge the known and the arcane, the body and mystical work. Using copper, enamel and traditional metalsmithing techniques T. MacPháidín encourages exploration without predetermined goals—a magical ambiguity.
